Returns Policy
All items on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Due to the nature of the tee shirt production, they are non-refundable. For the traditional Hmong clothes, we do allow for refunds if the outfit is returned within 15 days of receiving it. There will be a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to return the item will be at your own expense. Once the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund, minus the 15%, within 7 business days. However, we'll provide refunds or replacement if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days after your package is returned to us.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
All items on sale are not eligible for exchanges. We do our best to find the best size for a customer. However, if an exchange is still needed in the event that the outfit is too small or too big, the customer is required to pay for the return shipping at their own cost. They're also required to pay another $20.00 for the shipping of the new item. $20.00 covers up to two outfits.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Pre-Order Regulations
Custom orders may take up to 45 days until you receive the items.
What sizes do you carry?
Hnub & Hli will try to carry sizes 38, 40, and 42 for woman; and sizes 40, 42, and 44 for man. Hmong Sister can sew any sizes between 29-50, and kids. We do NO longer do size customization.
How do I measure myself? How do I determine what size I wear?
Please use the video below to assist with the measurements. Please provide your numbers to Hnub & Hli via email or facebook messenger to review your measurements, do NOT add any extra inches.

Can I customize the outfits?
$15.00/ outfit for size customization. Examples: shorter sleeves, shorter pants length, shorter skirts, longer skirts, etc. Customers are welcome to purchase the standard size and find their own seamstress to make alterations for them.
$35.00/ outfit for special designs. Examples: changes to the fabric colors, using a different pattern/paj ntaub, changing a design on existing designs.
All other customize requests will be on a case by case basis.
How long would it take to make the outfits?
We try our best to complete the project and send out all materials within 45 business days.
What can I use to clean money 2 (silver 2) jewelry?
Although we are not the expert with cleaning silver accessories, previous customers have found success with this cleaning solution. Hmong Sister and Hnub & Hli are not responsible for any damages that may arise from using this solution or any other cleaning solutions.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $150.00. International shipping will vary based on location. Please consult with us before placing an order.
What payment options do you have?

Where is your location?
Hmong Sister is located in Thailand. Hnub & Hli is located in Minnesota.
Do you have a physical location for customers to try on the clothes?
Customers can set up an appointment to try on the outfits in person.
Payment Plan Program:
- The first payment will be made today/tomorrow via paypal, credit card, cash (local), or facebook pay
- The payment will be due on the same day for each month/ week
- All payments are non-refundable
- All sales are final
- The item will be shipped out when the final payment is paid. Pick up is also available.
- No trading/exchanges once the first payment has been made
- No interest is added to the total amount
- If you miss more than 2 months of payment, the order will automatically default. All payments made will not be refundable and the items will NOT be shipped out.
